  • How do I register for a monthly session through my pre-school if we are in the middle of a month?
    If it is after the 1st of the month and you would like to your your toddler for a program being held through your enrolled preschool, simply email us at hello@totsportsclub.com and let us know you'd like to enroll right away! Upon receiving your inquiry, we will quickly send you over a Pro Rate voucher code to get registered. This voucher code will instantly apply a credit for the weeks not used prior to your registration start date that month.
  • How do I know what date and time to pick upon registration for a partnered pre school?
    Be sure to reference the schedule guideline directly above the date and time selection box. You will choose whichever date and time correspond with the pre school your toddler is enrolled in. The parent distribution packet submitted to you by your school will state which session is available for your child's age.
  • Can I register my child if he/she is not potty trained?
    At this time, Tot Sports Club is not accepting enrollments for children that are not yet potty trained.
  • Can I register for just one session at a time?
    Tot Sports Club only offers monthly packages at this time.
  • Am I able to sign up for 1 on 1 sessions for my child?
    Yes! Tot Sports Club does offer 1 on 1 sessions for soccer and football. Feel free to contact us for any further details on these sessions.
  • Will my card be charged on a monthly recurring basis?
    Yes, when registering for a Tot Sports Club session program, you are agreeing to have your credit card charged on a monthly basis until cancellation is initiated by you, or the program has ended.
  • How do I update my payment method?
    Login to your portal via the Parent Portal link above. Upon logging in, select your Name in the top right corner, then select Update Billing Information.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Absolutely! Tot Sports club provides safe and secure payment processing.
  • If my child is out sick, will I still be charged for that week?
    Tot Sports Club is unable to issue refunds for sick days.
  • If a class is missed due to a school closure resulting from Covid, will I still be charged for the missed session?
    In the event that there is a session missed due to an unexpected school shutdown, a credit will be issued for a weekend make up session.
  • If my session falls on a school holiday, will I still be charged for the missed session?
    Yes, the program will be charged monthly despite any pre scheduled school closures.
  • Will I receive a refund upon cancelling my registration with the program?
    Tot Sports Club does not offer refunds. You are able to cancel your program enrollment via your parent portal at any time. In the event that a cancellation is made prior to month's end, no credit or reimbursement will be issued for the remainder of sessions that month.
  • How do I cancel my enrollment in the program?
    Once logged in to your parent portal: Locate your registration by selecting Booking History from the top menu Select Cancel next to the booking A Cancellation Pop Up will ask if the whole series is being Cancelled, or just one month.
  • If I send an email over saying I want to cancel, will my payments stop?
    No. Your enrollment plan will not be canceled until initiated by you via your parent portal. Sending us an email, will prompt a response with instructions on how to access your parent portal to complete the steps toward this action.
